Born in Seattle & raised in the Caribbean, Russoul was nearly deaf till age 15, writing poems led to playing guitar then creating songs
Today Russoul resides in Aberdeen WA where a community of artists share in creating dreams and he continues his craft as a songwriter to lead him up new paths
